If you are trying to decide what "must have" piece you need/don't really need but still desperately want for this coming winter, consider an intarsia sweater. They are everywhere this season* (at all different price points) and I suspect that you could pick up some really cute vintage jumpers at op/charity shops....which nobody else will have :) I loved this Carven sweater from last season (well, I pretty much love anything from Carven!) on Anne-Catherine and I have some photos of Hedvig wearing it in a different colour as well which I will post soon.

There are so many amazing sweaters around this season - I think we will see some fantastic ones in London and Paris in the next couple of weeks where the weather will be a wee bit cooler than in NYC.
